Hi orange theme has a bug imo 
when some one is trying to register via his / her cell phone 
its asking for date and month 
and it does not show the box in which we can enter the year .. 
and because of that the user is not able to proceed further

Is it on mobile or desktop device ?
Also which browser did you found this issue ?

chrome , android and iphone both 

its the issue only with the phones .. in COPPA registrations
