So I bought go Dark theme, it says it's pending , could u guys make the process faster?

It is automatic, usually theme download is available instantly on successful payment. Even with coinpayments, download waits for confirmation and download is available once confirmation is done.
Your PayPal is unverified and PayPal has held the funds.
Until PayPal releases the funds, nothing can be done.

Your PayPal has just approved the payment, it should be available in your account.
