So i m going to upgrade my board to 1.8.20 from 1.8.19
so can you guide me the way how can i just upgrade the theme " orange "
Or i will have to install it as a fresh or something like that ?

Fresh, theme updating on MyBB is difficult as of now :/
Fresh is faster, but manually you will need to change all templates.
