Where issue occurs : (I cannot post link. So I cannot tell you! It's on a poll type thread on my forum )
How to replicate : Try and take a poll on my forum using a mobile device
The poll voting option is messed up on mobile devices and you cannot vote.

Is the issue only with voting or is it also an issue with creating polls as well ?
