How I change the board icon ? Since it is FA, can I choose any free FA icon ? Thanks.

Yes you can, just modify it in forumbit templates.
You can even add different FA icon for each forum

For now, I have set everything to a single icon. I will try more options tomorrow. Thanks for the guide.
