Minimum Age Requirement and Edit Options

Theme: Focus Responsive

Unfortunately I'm still having some issues with some pages not being responsive:
1. "Minimum Age Requirement" upon registering (note: the box for year is completely gone)
2. The page "Edit Options" in the User Control Panel

These pages are still not responsive - see screenshots.

Hopefully it's just some missing code here as well that you can provide.

Good news! I found a plugin which replaces the Age Requirement page: Date of Birth on Registration by Matt Rogowski. So one of two down. The Edit Options page in the User Control Panel would be nice to have responsive as well though.
