Copyright removal is not allowed without permission. You can buy removal (https://wallbb.co.uk/tos/ )

To change the slogan, you can find and replace it inside Admin CP > Templates > GoDark Templates > Footer Templates > Footer

You can remove it easily in the template as I said above, but it is not allowed without prior permission.
