1. AdminCP -> Configuration -> Languages -> Your Language -> [Options] -> Edit Language Variables -> Quick Phrases
2. AdminCP -> Configuration -> Languages -> Your Language -> [Options] -> Edit Language Variables -> messages.lang.php
