To get the support as fast as possible, please give following information in your support threads :-

  1. Your browser
  2. Device (Complete name like Apple iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy S8 etc)
  3. Where you are getting the issue
  4. How to reproduce the issue
With above information, it will be lot faster for me to fix issues.
