How to remove thread status icons

Hello, wondering if you can help me with this. In the past I've used faviouz' tutorial on how to completely remove thread status icons:

Now this doesn't work on Focus. I presume something needs to be changed because it's a responsive theme. Does anyone know how to do this on Focus?

Hey amanda_2012,
I will say it is always best to analyze template after reading tutorial because lots of things are different and most of the tutorials are for default theme.
So reading tutorial and then learning is always best for forum administration.
