how to center home, search, portal, etc

How can I center HOME, Search, Portal, Help, and Dropdown? For GoDark theme
Also id like to center the text. How do I go about with doing this?

Also id like to know if its possible to add dvz shoutbox so that its under announcement bar

Do you wish to make the navigation bar stay the same but only move links in center ?
Also if thats the case, the right search bar should be removed as it may get blocked on some devices.

For DVZ shoutbox under the announcement, go to index template and add {$dvz_shoutbox} above {$forums}
